A 4 Nights and 5 Days Trekking and Camping amidst the beautiful valleys of Himachal.

Size: 1 to 30 Participants
Orientation and Training, all meals, tea & snacks during the expedition, stay on Triple/Quad sharing basis in Tents, Sleeping Bags & Sleeping Mats, Experienced & Professional Guides, Forest Entry and Permissions, First Aid and Certification on Completion. Exclusion: It does not include any airfare or transportation or extra over and above the expedition plan. It also does not include any travel insurance and expenses towards medical exigencies and other emergencies, alcohol, tobacco. However, all best possible assistance would be provided in case of exigencies. Unforeseen handling costs due to weather disturbance, land slides, political unrest. Personal expenses towards tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverage, insurance etc.

Meet and Greet at Dharamshala Bus Stand on day 1 at about 7.30am, freshen up, breakfast and follow the itinerary below
Day 1- Dharamshala Reporting at the Base Camp, Local sightseeing, Mcleodganj Acclimatization, Orientation & Training. Overnight stay at camp in Mcleodganj
Day 2- Triund Trek from Mcleodganj Camp to Triund Via Gallu Temple (8 Kms/ 4-5 Hours/2975 Meters) It is a beautiful walk through mixed forests of the deodar, oak and rhododendron. Triund is situated on a ridge with a beautiful view of whole Kangra valley on one side and Dhauladhar mountain range on the other side. First 2km is a steep ascent but there is a gradual ascent after Gallu Devi temple. The last 1 km is again a steep ascent through the forest. Triund is a flat meadow on top of a ridge. From here one can witness panoramic view of Dhauladhar range on one side and Kangra valley on the other is a memorable sight. Overnight stay in tents at Triund.
Day 3- Laka Got Trek from Triund to Laka got (07 Kms/6-7 Hours/3300 Meters) After a short ascent from Triund traverse a ridge to reach Laka Got – a temporary shephard camp. Laka Got is situated at the snout of a small glacier , which is full of snow and ice in early summer and the snow melts away during the monsoon. So in April and May we will have good fun on snow. Night stay in the camp at Laka Got.
Day 4-Laka Got Trek from Laka Got to Indrahar Pass – Laka Got (14 Kms/8-9 Hours/4300 Meters) Start early in the morning, the weather gets bad in the afternoon. In the early summer (April to May) the trail is full of snow and ice and require good equipment. During post monsoon (September to November) there is no snow or ice and there is narrow trail going up to the pass. It takes about four to five hours to the pass and another three hours to come down. From the pass entire Pir Panjal range of central Himalayas is a sight to behold. Back to Laka Got For Panjal range of central Himalayas is a sight to behold. Back to Laka Got for night stay.
Day 5- Mcleodganj Trek from Laka Got – Mcleodganj (15 Kms/6-7 Hours) Follow the same route on the way back or a different one from Triund. This will depend on the snow. If there is less snow then we will follow a different route which goes from Triund going over a grassy meadow and descend down to Bhagsu Nag and then to Mcleodganj.
